What does AlignLay actually build?
We build intake and follow-up systems for sober living homes. How long does implementation take?
Most homes are fully up and running within 2 to 4 weeks. The first week is our system mapping call and setup. Week two is building and connecting everything. Weeks three and four are testing with your team, making adjustments, and making sure everyone is comfortable before we step back.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We work with your existing number. Calls get routed through the new system without your referral sources or residents noticing any change. If you want a new dedicated intake line, we can set that up too, but it's not required.
What happens when someone calls after hours?
The system picks up, collects the caller's information, and sends your team a notification so you can follow up first thing. No more missed calls turning into lost beds. You can customize the after-hours greeting and decide exactly how notifications get delivered.
How much does it cost?

What if my team isn't tech-savvy?
That's most of our clients. We build systems that are simple to use day-to-day. Your team doesn't need to understand how it works behind the scenes. We train everyone during implementation, and we're available after launch if questions come up.
Do you work with homes of all sizes?
Yes. We work with single-home operators running 8 beds and multi-site programs with 100+. The systems scale up or down. A smaller home might just need a solid intake flow and follow-up automation. A larger operation might need routing across locations, role-based access, and reporting dashboards.

Can I keep my current tools?
Usually, yes. If you're already using a CRM, spreadsheet, or property management tool that works for you, we build around it. We connect to what you have rather than replacing everything. If something you're using is causing problems, we'll tell you honestly and suggest an alternative.
