These Terms of Service govern your relationship with AlignLay, a professional services consultancy specializing in building intake and follow-up systems for sober living homes.
By engaging with our services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use.
Scope of Services
AlignLay provides consultative and advisory services, including but not limited to:
- Intake system design and installation
- Follow-up automation and pipeline configuration
- Call tracking and missed-call text-back setup
- System mapping and operational audits
All services are consultative in nature. AlignLay does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue targets, or performance metrics.
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with AlignLay agree to:
- Provide accurate information during system mapping and engagement phases
- Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methodologies and deliverables
- Implement recommendations at their own discretion and risk
- Communicate openly about constraints, objectives, and feedback
Intellectual Property
AlignLay retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, and strategic tools developed prior to or independently of client engagements.
Custom deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate engagement agreement.
Confidentiality
AlignLay treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose proprietary details, strategic plans, or sensitive business information without explicit written permission.
Payments & Engagements
Engagement terms, including scope, timeline, and fees, are outlined in separate project agreements or statements of work.
Payment schedules vary by engagement type. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Limitation of Liability
AlignLay provides advisory services based on best practices and professional judgment. We are not liable for:
- Business outcomes, revenue performance, or market results
- Decisions made by clients based on recommendations
- Third-party service failures or integrations
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim arising from professional services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify AlignLay against claims arising from misuse of recommendations, misrepresentation of information provided during engagements, or violations of third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
